Solidarität mit den Greif-Arbeiter_Innen in der Türkei

Am 10 April stürmten in den frühen Morgenstunden, mehrere Hundertschaften der türkischen Polizei und Gendarmerie das von den Arbieter_Innen besetzte Greif-Firmengelände, im Istanbuler Stadtteil Hadımköy. Mit schwerem Gerät verschafften sich die Hundertschaften des türkischen faschistischen Staates Zugang zu dem seit über zwei Monaten  besetzten Geländes und gingen massiv mit Tränengas und Schlagstöcken gegen die sich im Streik befindlichen Arbeiter_Innen vor. Über 80 Arbeiter_Innen wurden vorläufig in Gewahrsam genommen und mehrere wurden bei dem brutalen Übergriff verletzt. Eine Gruppe von 11 Arbeitern schaffte es sich während des Angriffes auf das Dach des Firmengeländes zu verbarrikadieren.

Ohne Sozialrecht und für einen extremen Niedriglohn arbeiteten die Greif-Arbeiter_Innen  seit mehreren Jahren unter den extremsten Bedingungen. Als die Verhandlungen, für besser Arbeitsbedingungen, nach über einen Monaten scheiterten, entschlossen sich die Arbeiter_Innen,  ihre demokratischen Forderungen nach mehr Gehalt und besseren Arbeitsbedingungen, durch die Besetzung der Fabrik  Ausdruck zu verleihen. Zwei Monate lang blieb das Greif-Firmen Gelände besetzt.  Durch den brutalen Angriff auf die sich im Streik befindlichen Arbeiter_Innen, zeigte die AKP-Regierung erneut ihr wahres Gesicht.

Mit dem Ausbruch der Weltwirtschaftskrise, versuchte die Herrschende Klasse in allen Länder der Welt, die Folgen und Uhrsachen auf die arbeitenden Massen abzuwälzen. Auch in der Türkei wurde der Druck auf die Arbeitsklasse größer. Leiharbeit, fehlende Arbeitssicherheit, Niedriglohn und jegliche Art von Sozialkürzungen stehen an der Tagesordnung. Die AKP-Regierung  versucht mit allen Mitteln, die Rechte der Arbeiter_Innen in der Türkei weiter zu kürzen. Und jegliche Art von Widerstand mit allen Mittel zu unterdrücken.

Als Konföderation der Arbeiter_Innen aus der Türkei in Europa, unterstützen wir den Kampf der Greif-Arbeiter_Innen in der Türkei. Wir verurteilen den brutalen Angriff und fordern den türkischen Staat auf en faschistische Angriff auf die Greif- Arbeiter_Innen sofort zu stoppen und die Hundertschaften der Polizei und Gendarmerie sofort vom Firmengelände zurück zuziehen.

GREIF WORKERS ARE NOT ALONE, WE STAND WITH THEIR RESISTANCE!  

In the early hours of the morning on April 10th 2014 hundreds of riot police attacked the workers who were at the Greif factory occupation at Hadımköy aiming to break the resistance. The police, gendarmerie and high-tech police of the fascist states entered the factory by breaking the factory gate with construction machinery and have attacked and injured the workers at the resistance with gas and batons. It is significant and certainly not a coincidence that the attack took place today on the same day the mediation ended. Approximately 80 workers have been taken into custody as a result from this attack. Eleven workers were continuing the resistance on the roof of the factory as we are preparing this declaration. We strongly condemn this unwarranted attack on the Greif workers and wish the injured workers a speedy recovery.

The Greif workers who worked for low wages and were deprived of social rights have occupied the factory after the collective negotiations, lasting a month, failed and the demands put forward to ensure a decent life were not accepted. The demands of the workers who approximately two months ago occupied the Greif factory at Hadımköy are mainly to provide the conditions for a decent life. The occupation resistance started by the Greif workers for the acceptance of their demands for a humane life, are just and legitimate. This attack on the just demands of the workers is a continuation of the fascist tradition of the Turkish state. The AKP government that pretends to be knowledgeable about the rights of workers has once again proven its hostility towards workers and toilers through with attack.

The owners of capital using the crisis as a pretext are internationally increasing the exploitation and oppression on the working class. As a part of this, the exploitation and oppression of the working class in Turkey brazenly continues without recognizing any boundaries. Turkey is one of the countries where flexible work, subcontracting, low wages, precarious work and depravation of all kinds of social rights and unorganized work are most imposed. The AKP government responded with zero raise to the demands for a humane life by the workers and toilers that sees slavery fit for the workers and toilers while it continues to ensure their own gang to benefit from all the state possibilities.

As ATİK we salute the resistance of the Greif workers and once more declare that we stand with the just and legitimate struggle of the Greif workers and condemn this attack of the gendarmerie and police on the Greif workers. We call for an immediate end to the attacks on the Greif factory workers.

GREİF İŞÇİLERİ YALNIZ DEĞİLDİR, DİRENİŞLERİNİN YANINDAYIZ!

10 Nisan 2014 sabahın erken saatlerinde Hadımköy’de Greif fabrikası işgal direnişinde olan işçilere yönelik yüzlerce çevik kuvvet polisin saldırıda bulunarak direnişi kırmaya hedeflemiştir. İş makineleri ile fabrikanın kapısı kırılarak jandarma ve robocoplarla fabrikaya giren faşist devletin kolluk güçleri, gaz ve coplarla direnişteki işçilere saldırarak işçileri darp ederek yaralamıştır. Arabulucu süresinin bugün son bulması ile yapılan saldırının aynı güne denk getirilmesi tesadüf olmadığı gibide manidardır. Yapılan bu saldırıda onlarca işçi gözaltına alınmıştır. Onlarca işçi fabrikanın çatısında direnişlerini sürdürmeye devam etmektedirler. Greif işçilerine yönelik bu mesnetsiz saldırıyı kınıyor, yaralı olan işçileri biran önce sağlıklarına kavuşmalarını temenni ediyoruz.

Yıllardır düşük ücret ve sosyal haklardan yoksun olarak çalışan Greif işçileri, toplu sözleşme görüşmelerinde bir netice alamayınca, insanca bir yaşam için öne sürdükleri taleplerinin kabul edilmesi için fabrikayı işgal etmişlerdir. Yaklaşık iki ay önce Greif Hadımköy fabrikasını işgal eden işçiler öne sürdükleri taleplerinin asgari olarak insanca bir yaşamın sağlanmasından ibarettir. İnsanca bir yaşam için öne sürdükleri taleplerinin kabul ettirmek için işgal direnişini başlatan Greif işçilerinin bu talepleri haklı ve meşrudur. İşçilerin bu haklı taleplerine yönelik yapılan bu saldırı, Türk devletinin faşist geleneğinin devam ettirilmesidir. İşçilerin hak ve hukuku noktasında mangalda kül bırakmayan AKP hükümeti, her zaman olduğu gibi bu saldırı ile birlikte işçi ve emekçi düşmanlığı noktasında rüştünü bir kez daha ispatlamıştır.

İçinde geçtiğimiz dönem krizi bahane eden sermaye sahipleri, uluslar arası alanda işçi sınıfına yönelik sömürü ve baskılarını daha da tırmandırmaktalar. Bunun bir parçası olarak Türkiye’de de işçi sınıfına yönelik sömürü ve baskılar hiçbir sınır tanımadan fütursuz bir şekilde devam etmektedir. Esnek çalışma, taşeronlaştırma, düşük ücret, güvencesiz iş, her türlü sosyal haktan yoksun ve örgütsüz çalışma koşullarının en fazla dayatıldığı ülkelerden biridir Türkiye. İşçi ve emekçilerin insanca yaşam için öne sürdükleri taleplerine sıfır zamla karşılık veren AKP hükümeti, işçi ve emekçilere köleliği laik görürken, kendi şürekasına her türlü devlet olanaklarını peşkeş çekmeye devam etmektedir.

ATİK olarak; Greif işçilerinin direnişini selamlıyor, işçilerin haklı ve meşru mücadelesinin yanında olduğumuzu bir kez daha ilan ediyoruz. Jandarma ve polisin işçilere yönelik bu saldırısını kınıyoruz. Derhal Greif fabrikasında işçilere yönelik saldırıya son vermeye çağırıyoruz. Uluslar arası kamuoyunu isçilerin direnişini sahiplenmeye çağırıyoruz!
